1. Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how SONARSOUND ("we", "us") handles information in connection with the mobile game SONAR: Sound Maze (the "Game"). We designed the Game to work entirely offline, and it is built so that there is no personal data for us to collect in the first place.
2. Information We Do Not Collect
We do not collect, store, transmit or sell any of the following:
- Names, email addresses, phone numbers or postal addresses
- Account credentials — the Game has no sign-up and no login
- Contacts, photos, microphone or camera data
- Precise or approximate location
- Advertising identifiers (such as IDFA), and we do not track you across apps or websites
- Analytics, crash telemetry or usage statistics
- Payment information — the Game contains no purchases of any kind
3. Information Stored on Your Device
The Game saves a small amount of data locally so it can remember where you left off:
- Which levels you have completed and the stars earned
- The last level you played
- Your sound and music preferences
This data is written to your device's local application storage. It never leaves your device, is not readable by us, and is removed when you delete the Game.
4. No Network Connection
The Game does not make network requests. All sixty levels and all artwork and audio ship inside the app itself, so the Game runs fully offline and no data is sent to us or to any third party while you play.
5. No Third-Party Services
The Game does not integrate advertising networks, analytics providers, social network SDKs, or cloud save services. Because no third-party code runs inside the Game, no third party receives information about you through it.
6. Children's Privacy
The Game is suitable for all ages and contains no chat, no user-generated content and no purchases. Since we collect no personal data from anyone, we also collect none from children. If you believe a child has somehow provided us personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.
7. Your Rights
Privacy laws such as the GDPR and the CCPA give you rights to access, correct, delete or port your personal data, and to object to its processing. Because we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing for us to return or erase on our side. You remain fully in control of the locally stored progress described in Section 3: deleting the Game removes it. We do not sell or share personal information, and we do not discriminate against anyone for exercising a privacy right.
8. Data Security
Progress data stays within the Game's private storage area on your device and is protected by the operating system's own sandboxing and any device passcode or encryption you have enabled.
9. Support Communications
If you email us for support, we will see your email address and whatever you choose to write. We use that only to answer you, and we do not add it to any mailing list or share it with anyone.
10. Changes to This Policy
If we change this Policy, we will post the updated version on this page and revise the "Last updated" date above. If a future version of the Game ever collects data, we will update this Policy before that version is released.
